Rodney Drayton

Rodney first joined NBRS+PARTNERS in 1995 prior to his graduation from The University of Sydney, and worked as a project team member and leader, and as Systems Manager through to 2005. Beginning with metal work detailing for Capitol Square Galleria through to supervision of the Cahill Expressway Upgrade Project, Rod worked on a diverse range of projects at all scales.

Leaving NBRS+PARTNERS for 3 years, Rod took up a position as a project manager for a $7.5 million church and conference centre development in Sydney, then travelling to Boston, USA working as technical architect on the $500M Tunbridge Wells Hospital for Anshen+Allen Architects.

Returning to NBRS+PARTNERS in 2008 as an Associate, Rodney is involved in Design Advisor roles for correctional facilities around Australia, and in 2012 was appointed to the position of Associate Director, working with the executive team on improving project performance, staff development and studio management.
