The design for this building on the edge of the Wollongong CBD meets the environmental requirements for cross ventilation while maintaining north facing living areas and balconies to all apartments. The building is articulated in height and plan to reduce the impact on the streetscape. At street level there are some retail spaces to provide and active street frontage.
