The latest building from NBRS+PARTNERS is a new performing arts centre called the Lighthouse Theatre. The building stands in a prominent position with the foyer and coffee shop having commanding views to the Blue Mountains. The auditorium has a large stage, stepped floor, mezzanine gallery and seats 600 people. The building has been designed to complement the adjacent Administration Building - the original homestead to the property.
Penrith Anglican College is a co-educational day school located in Orchard Hills, NSW that was established by the Sydney Anglican Schools Corporation in 1998. In that year it had 132 students ranging from Kindergarten to Year 7, with a teaching staff of eight and a total staff of twelve. Penrith Anglican College has now been warmly embraced by the local community and has grown to over 900 students from Kindergarten to Year 12 with a staff of over 90 people.
